A Purpose

Hello, welcome to my blog – a place where I unload, discover, and attempt to understand the nature of health and the wonderful world around us.   Who am I?  I’m Erin Hessel, and for a description of more about me please refer to my bio.  In a nutshell, I am a healthcare provider, a perpetual student, avid writer, enthusiastic reader, traveller, and lover of being with dear friends & family.  My background is varied, from Western Surgical Services to Andean Shamanism – I like learning it all and building bridges between seemingly dissimilar universes.  But most of all, I am excited to be embarking on the biggest learning experience of my life:  using my ten years of education to directly help people heal.  This is the most challenging, rewarding and inspiring endeavor of my life to date.

I hope you will find something useful here, or at the very least be entertained.   I have a lot to share, and a lot to explore.  And, please, bear with technical errors as I am new to the interactive experience – but oh so looking forward to the ride.  If you have something to say – by all means, say it! – I am looking forward to comments.  And if it is something more personal, you can contact me directly.
